About Us
DataDock Solutions delivers enterprise, subscription-based data analytics, reporting and intelligence software to the financial services industry. After years in operational roles in the capital markets, we created a data intelligence platform that leverages your proprietary data to grow revenue and cut operating cost.
Our unique, cutting-edge data platform ingests customer data, market data and alternative data sets, both historical and real-time. The scale, speed and flexibility of this platform allows us to create dynamic solutions across the capital markets, including agency brokers, banks and hedge funds, in a fraction of the time it would take internal teams.
Leadership
Kumaran Vijayakumar is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Data Dock Solutions, where he leads the company’s vision to bring greater transparency, discipline, and data-driven insight to the capital markets. Kumaran brings deep market expertise and a strong analytical mindset to building tools that help institutions better understand flow, risk, and client value.
Kumaran began as an Equity Derivatives and Exotics Trader at Goldman Sachs and went on to senior trading and risk leadership roles at Citi and Bank of America, where he managed complex derivatives portfolios and led major risk-taking businesses. He later served as Head of Equity Derivatives at MF Global and as President and Principal at Baycrest Partners, honing his strategic and operational leadership in fast-paced markets.
Kumaran holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.
Thomas Wadsworth is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Data Dock Solutions, where he oversees operations and helps translate deep trading-desk experience into scalable, data-driven solutions. Thomas brings extensive expertise in derivatives trading, volatility, and risk management, with a focus on operational rigor and execution.
Thomas built a distinguished career on Wall Street, including senior roles as a derivatives trader and risk leader. He served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on single-stock options and cross-asset trading, and prior to that he was co-head of single stock volatility trading at Bank of America. His firsthand experience in complex market environments informs his operational leadership and client-centric approach at Data Dock.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.
Martin Adamec is Chief Technology Officer of Data Dock Solutions, where he leads the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy and platform architecture. With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and data technologies, Martin drives the innovation that underpins Data Dock’s ability to deliver scalable, high-performance analytics solutions to the capital markets.
Prior to joining Data Dock Solutions, Martin served as Senior Data Architect at Hutchin Hill Capital and held senior engineering leadership roles including Director of Software Engineering at WhipTail (through its acquisition by Cisco) and then Manager of Software Engineering at Cisco. He began his career founding and leading his own technology consultancy, Altaconnect, and has built deep expertise in backend systems, distributed infrastructure, and data platforms.
Martin holds a Master of Engineering in Information Technology from The University of Technology in Zvolen, Slovakia.
Steven Moses serves as Senior Advisor, Business Development at Data Dock Solutions, where he supports strategic growth initiatives and deepens the firm’s relationships across the institutional trading community. With nearly four decades of experience in global equity derivatives sales, Steve brings an exceptional track record of revenue expansion, client development, and market leadership.
Steve has held senior leadership roles across leading global financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and Nomura Securities. Over his career, he has built and led high-performing sales teams, expanded U.S. derivatives market share, and consistently ranked as a top producer using a relationship-focused sales model.
Steve holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University at Albany.
